SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that the shipping address will be taken from your PayPal record (PayPal payment model). If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify it when placing your order.

The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we cannot change the shipping method or address once the order has been shipped.

ORDER TRACKING

We will send you a notification once your order is ready to be shipped, issue your tracking number, and provide a direct link to the carrier’s tracking website. If the carrier returns a package due to an undeliverable address, reshipping fees will be charged if you wish to receive it again. Please note that personalized items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
