90-Day Return/Exchange Policy

- We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received damaged/broken item(s), or the product quality you received is poor/defective.
- Apparel quality issue
The following reasons are covered by our
LIMITED SERVICE COVERAGE
under our 90-Day Return/Exchange Policy.
(The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and replacement costs. FUNSWAN does not refund any shipping fees.)
- You chose the wrong product size.
- Personal reasons. You changed your mind, preferences, etc.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90-day return policy, and we are not responsible for these issues.
- Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to chemicals may change the appearance of your FUNSWAN product.
- Products are damaged due to improper handling or poor maintenance.
Return Procedure:
- Please submit a support ticket and attach clear photos of the item(s) showing the quality issue.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

- Returned items should be new and never worn. They must be kept in the original condition in which you received them.
- Please contact one of our customer service representatives to request a return authorization and return instructions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once your order is placed, we immediately begin production of personalized items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, your order is subject to a 30% restocking fee .
- FUNSWAN reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on this page. If you have questions regarding cancellations or any of our other policies, please contact our customer service representatives.
